This class is designed to help you lower your overall set point for stress in an easy, inspiring way. It combines the various techniques of hypnosis, meditation, and guided imagery into one powerful hour of stress relief and is much easier than traditional silent meditation (also known as Transcendental Meditation).

Biofeedback machines show that there is an actual physiological response going on in the body when you practice these methods. Results have shown that hypnosis and guided meditation help to:
